2. Web browsing
When requesting web hosting, the IP address and technical data of the request, such as the page address, time and browser data, are processed by web hosting. They serve for delivery of content, diagnosis and protection against abuse. We do not create a custom visitor account, analytical profile or advertising identifier on WattBreak. We do not send car data in calculators in ourselves to the user profile.
3. Reviews, Experience, Photography and Measurement
The form sends a location identifier, type of post, filled stamps and optional text. The individual experience contains text and theme (place, charging, WC, food or access). Optional photos contain an image, theme and optional label. The browser will reduce it and the server will re-encode it into JPEG without the original EXIF metadata including GPS; we do not keep the original file name. The content of the image itself can reveal location or personal data, therefore do not upload identifiable persons, registration plates, receipts or sensitive data.
For measurements it is an optional model of car, battery condition and measured power. The server adds time, IP address to limit spam and version of confirmed rules. The name, phone or email form does not require. If the personal data is nevertheless in the post, the post can be rejected or the data removed during the moderation.

We do not decide on you automatically with legal or similar significant effects.
5. What is public and who has access
After approval, text, stamps, photos with a description or car model, battery status and performance are displayed on the site profile, together with the date and number of the post. The post is not connected to the public account. The stamps can be included in the summary evaluation. The IP address is not publicly displayed. The contributions before approval are private; the photos are stored outside the public directory and the server issues them only when approved or registered by the moderator.
Non-public data can be processed by authorised persons providing moderation and operation and hosting provider Your Hosting to the extent necessary for technical operation. Contact messages are also processed by the operator's email service provider. Data can be transmitted to public authorities if required by law; reviews are not sold to marketing databases.
6. Storage time
We keep the approved contribution and its version for the time of publication and the necessary administration or solution of objections. We use the IP address in the contribution database only to check the number of submissions in the last hour; we remove it at the next run of the API after 24 hours. Unapproved and rejected contributions are deleted at the next run of the API after 90 days after submission.
Contact communication is kept for the duration of the execution and only if necessary for the management of the contribution, dispute resolution or legal obligation. However, the external map and routing requirements are the actual transmission of technical data; they are not anonymous just because we use open data. External service operators provide their infrastructure according to their own principles, which may include processing outside the EEA. We do not send data from the review form to these services.
