These conditions apply to web wattbreak.com and www.wattbreak.com. WattBreak is the name of the service; ChargeMap is not a separate operator.

2. What service provides

WattBreak offers a map of charging stations, a catalogue of refreshments, scenario planner, comparison of charging programs, information about electric cars, articles and community contributions. It does not operate chargers, sell electricity or accept charges for charging, food or accommodation.

3. Free use and any paid services

Viewing the content, use of tools and sending reviews or measurements do not require registration or payment. No subscription is required by sending the contribution. Any paid cooperation with the enterprise is negotiated separately, with a prestated price and conditions.

4. Location and price data

For data, we specify the source or date of verification according to MethodologyThe price, number of connectors, opening hours and restaurant offer may change; the offer of a particular provider is determined by the order. Estimates are distinguished from verified data. You can report the error by e-mail with the link.

5. Planning and safety on the way

The results of the planner, charging times, consumption and range are indicative scenarios, not the guarantee of the range or the reservation of the stand. Take into account the weather, battery condition, operation, detour and actual availability of the station. Always have a reserve and a backup stop. Don't use the website or phone while driving; follow the traffic signs and instructions of the car manufacturer.

6. Reviews, experience, photos and permission to publish

Send your own true experience and only the content you may provide. rules on contributionsBy sending with confirmation of the rules, you grant the operator an unexclusive free of charge permission to publish your own text, evaluation, photo or measurement on WattBreak for the duration of its publication, including technical reduction and transcoding of the photograph and the inclusion of the stamps in the summary evaluation. You do not transfer the copyright or content rights to the operator.

The contribution can be rejected before publication or later removed for breaking the rules. We can correct formatting or removing personal data, but without agreement we do not change the meaning of text or the stamps awarded. The moderation is not proof of a real visit.

7. Evaluation and Charge Well & Hell.

User grades are subjective experience, not professional certification. Until there are sufficient real evidence, we do not declare the results. Any future competition for prizes will have separate rules before the start.

8. External links, partners and copyright

You enter into a contract for charging, accommodation or other service directly with the selected provider according to his terms. Complaint this service with him. We refer to provincial or paid links; he must not secretly change reviews or editorial order. Details include partnership policy.

Use texts and supporting documents within the limits permitted by the legislation and the relevant licenses. Open data OpenStreetMap is subject to the ObbL license and the copyright and not exclusive rights of WattBreak. The license to the data does not cancel the editorial text rights.

For the post, we record the version of the rules confirmed on dispatch. These rules are adapted to WattBreak and do not replace the conditions of the Hafio eshop or external providers.
